Gathering and use of information: KFIC may or may not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to our sites. Such personally identifiable information may include your name, address, e-mail, company name and/or telephone numbers, etc. (collectively referred to herein as “Personal Information”).

The Payment Transaction

Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your Payment or donation your transaction will be processed through our payment services provider. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your transaction you authorize KFIC INC to request funds from your credit, debit, or PayPal card provider.
 
Information from you
Before we can process a transaction you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation or transaction. We will use this information to process your transaction. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. 
 
Refund policy
If you make an error in your donation or transaction please contact us either by email at info@kfikosher.org, or by phone at 1-888-534-0111 within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.
 
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, donation or transaction at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description of the Donation, error in your order or other reasons.
 
We reserve the right to amend these Payment Terms and Conditions at any time.
